This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
The reason why is if I make the thread, one of the other threads wont be on the main page. Only 10 can be there. The only unneeded thread was the freelancer thread. Besides, Eternal isn't a house. only a title.
This would be my second wallpaper. I chose to do Rukia from BLEACH and do kind of a heaven style theme with clouds and all. This took about around a day total and has about 20-25 layers. Please leave comments about what can be improved or just let me know what you think. Don't forget to Fav. Enjoy!

Great job on the wallpaper. I really love the context you've chosen and finalized it with an amazing glow. I also love those small, yet key details on your wallpaper. For example, those sparkle like effect and the glowing effect. The clouds look great, but they could look a bit anime like.

That is perhaps an overused image of Rukia at AnimePaper, but I really like what you've done with this wallpaper. The colors are great, and I really like the clouds. The dove is a nice touch as well. Excellent work. *downloads*

I like the colour of the background, the tones are great. The radiance is heaven-like and that pigeon is good to on its place. The clouds are awesome too ^^ I really like it despite I haven't seen Bleach yet.
