Sitting at my desk, twittling my thumbs, and praying that something will magically happen and all my work will be done for the night... Long and drawn out right? :S
This wallpaper is different, but in a good way. It shows a lot of creativity and randomness with the pictures-in-a-picture aspect. The colors really bring it together, and the lighting adds interest. Nice to see Nuniko keeping things fresh with experimentation ^^
Let's see...it's a picture of a photo of a corkboard of Mahoro's pictures... ^^;; This is the first wallpaper I've made that made my laptop stall, so this has a special place in my heart. X3
I think it's really good. I don't think the bg looks like cork, but to me it makes more sense it if isn't - the pics are on the floor (which is cracked mud) and a few petals have drifted down onto it.
Only thing is maybe some shadowing under the peals? So nothing major :).
I've seen quite a few walls since I have been on wed, and I'm impressed by this one. The shading looks nice and the colors are vivrant, but the green tack at the top of the photo looks kind of out of place since it looks like it's on the ground. Also, the flower petal which is on the green tack should be a little to the right so it isn't on it. Overall, though, it's great.
Lovely collage of the photos there nuniko~ i feel like even in the most harsh areas (cracked mud) even small and beautiful things can be found (petals and stylistic photos) - great work and excellent wall.
Great job on the crack floor. The petels are really good also, except that it *might* be a little blurry on the edge. You've covered that nicely with drawing some fibers? on the edge. The picture itself is not bad either, love the shadows that falls onto the crack where you carefully do to fit with the crack floor. Well done!
But to me the picture looks like normal printed paper because you can see it is thin. Maybe show some thickness in the lower right corner might help. The Mahoro pictures is great!
This is the 1st time a wallpaper gave mi such mixed feelings... the effects plus the way it portrays itself is really a work of art.. i give it my fav vote ^.^ great job

This is a wonderful wallpaper Nuniko :D I love it. The picture blendsp perfectly with the backround. I love the petals also that are on the picture! Keep up the good work :)
This wall is wonderful. It's realistic, but not really realistic... o_O The picture in the middle, in particular, looks fantastic. Looks a lot like it was drawn on with the colouring like that. However, because of its faded look, the pictures at the left of it seems to take away more attention from it... Maybe fade it like you did with the top right? The only MAJOR problem I see is the green tack; I seriously didn't know what it was until I read one of the comments and went: "OHHHHHHHHHHHH. THAT'S WHAT IT IS."
This wall is just beautiful, I love everything from the stationary to the cracks behind it to the beautifully rendered flower petals that have drifted down. It took me a momment to realize that the pushpin was actually on the picture which floated onto the ground, because I was going to say the shadow of the petal above it didn't look quite right...now that I know what it was supposed to be I can say that this is overall a very awesome wall.
You're wallpaper is not bad. It is clean and well done. However! It reminds me of this wallpaper. The concept is quite the same. And the petals look similar. I can't stand any fakes of other great wallpapers but I guess nobody really cares.
Well, you could *asked* me first if I based it on Meg's wallpaper before you called it fake. Meg's Komugi wallpaper was NOT in my mind while I made this. My inspiration for this wallpaper is simple - a photo I found lying on the ground on my way to class. There you go. I don't think it's going to hurt you if you simply look away if you can't stand a "fake" wallpaper.
