This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Well, you haven't done much in this one.
You just added a picture and made the black strips..so there's not much I can say.
You should think of some nice idea for this picture, coz' the picture is great..^^
Well first off it was good that the scan is clean, but he wall bg is too boring, and there is nothing there. change the color other that white, or keep the white bg but add some differ colors to it. also add some filters to give it a texture look. also, you should follow the rule of thirds, it looks boring in the middle. lastly change the order of the strips, (don't have them just up and down), and change their color. and maybe you should add some other shapes in there too. good luck.
