This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
The reason why is if I make the thread, one of the other threads wont be on the main page. Only 10 can be there. The only unneeded thread was the freelancer thread. Besides, Eternal isn't a house. only a title.
I'm still watching this anime so I still don't know the whole story of it.I titled it because I based in the 2 or 3 episode of this anime when ikki and her met.That's how I got the title.

A little brush spam-ish, but the effect turned out quite all right.
I think you could have used a slightly darker shade of pink for the vector art behind, but that's just a personal preference. ^^
Otherwise a nice wall that'd look nice on my desktop. :D

The only thing that bothers me a bit is the use of too many brushes...yet i am not the expert here...
