Nice vector first of all. I don't particularly like that scan of Lacus even though she is still my favorite GS girl. Hm about the roses, they are kinda big. In fact almost seem like the size of Lacus herself :O Lastly, I think the text stands out too much. I suggest that you go for a more 2D style.

Vector is alright, but it has a few rough spots around the edges. The soft blurred and brushed look of the rest of the wall really conflicts with the hard, defined lines of a vector image- there isn't much blending going on. The roses are much too big, as mentioned- loks out of perspective. The ground doesn't ahve quite enough definition to it, and make the patha nd building look like they are floating there to some extent. The text doesn't blend at all- the 3D thing just doesn't work with this wall, but the font is decent. The decoration in the top left seem to be slapped on top and doesn't blend well either. Overall, the colors are nice, the idea is nice, but the wall as a whole does not mesh togather well and feels very unsettled.

Great work. Very clean and tidy. I like the colours and overall feel of the wallpaper, but the building in the top left hand corner doesn't really seen to fit in with the rest of the wallpaper -_-''. Great work and I look forward in seeing your other creations :D
