This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

MY favorite part of this wall are the splatter brushes at the bottom(really fun doing them) because it is my first time making a wall like this.

I love vectors and grunge and I see you've captured both these aspects in your wallpaper design. It looks really good! Great job. But man did I hate Sasuke at this age, he's much cooler in the manga now that he's older.
One of the coolest naruto walls i've seen, probably because of the scan of sasuke. But the background and overal brushies are perfect, they really had to the image. I'd like to see more walls like this.
The brushwork is the strongest point of this wall IMHO. At first the brushwork seems a little messy but after looking at it for a while, they blend in together smootly. The splatter does get a little too much but its okay. I also especially like the color of the wall because everything fits nicely. Good job.
