While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This time it's Luppi! My second favorite (after Ulquiorra )
I found this scan on some Bleach forum, It's a preview of Luppi from Heat the Soul 4. Wanted to make wallpaper with it immediately but still don't have too much free time so it took me about a week ( Also, when vectoring Luppi I've learned some new things so I guess my vectoring is improving XD
Even through I like Luppi, I've noticed that many people dislike him, that's how I though about a fiting text )
And as a bonus, here's my old Luppi sig )

I like your first one better, but this one is really cool as well. As Yina said, it has a very nice design. It's very purple. lol, I just noticed the "But who cares" part of the wallpaper. That's halarious. Great job. :-)

The background is looking good, the colors and patterns are nice. The character looks good, he fits to the background well. The text is really good, nice wallpaper.
Nice wallpaper of Luppi! Although purple is not my favorite color, its suites very well for the character and matches well with the art concept and theme. Luppi's not my favorite character and I cant tell if Luppi is female/male (assuming female); but you did a very nice job on the vectoring. Good job and keep up the excellent work! Hope to see some more great work from you soon. I'm going to add this wallpaper to my favorites because you did a very nice job on the vectoring and bleach is a good anime to watch! :D

I love that caption! Don't worry, I like Luppi! This wallpaper is really pretty. That purple fits him well and I just adore the expression on his face. This is the first wallpaper I've seen of Luppi that's been worth saving. You do really good work. Added as a favorite.
