This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
I edited the scan like i took off this letters and boxes that include the manga and then added som color and feelings on the character XDD
It took me 2 hours to finish this ^^ what more... Ah yes... I added some vectors here that go around her? The multi color s like XDD anyways thats about it... I was mmaking use of some hot colors XDD
i added another gas feel on this wallpaper XD you can see it on the girls head :D pretty hot eh? XD

i intended that default lense flare there don't worry XD I just needed it and i think is ok? I did use it right right? I don't rarely use default flares but i make it myslf but this one i think fits best... ^^ also nothing wrong using default isn't it? XD
i must agread the 'shadowing' is bit pretty wrong but the light ing is diff? i used the light source from above and i did not fallow the shadowing of the scan since i place my own shadwing? I think you can see it right through there ^^

The design itself is like really, wow, but the lighting is a tad bothersome and off (The scan's original shadows...) Also that default photoshop lensflare. >_<
Wow... this is really cool wall! i really love the colors, but i just feel like the vibrant colors a little too much. it sort of hurts my eyes. I think my problem area is the top of the big rainbow strand and the way down. maybe if the rainbow thing was gone it would look better? not sure. anyway, really nice wall. can't wait to see what you photoshop next xD.
I'm speechless! This is so amazing! As someone who can't use vectors to save her life (I'm really terrible at it!) I always love seeing how other people use them here and there. I like how you placed them around her, and I think I like the lighting, how you used it from above. At first the little star-flare (is that what you call it?) near the wording threw me off, but I'm starting to enjoy it. I think it sets it off, especially with the electric colors! Just great! I'm going to favorite it!
I love the colors. I think the design and the colors caught my eye. Actually, I dont really mind that lens flare. I kinda like it because you have some pretty mixed media in here with the grainy original manga stuff, then a clean vector so it doesnt look really off. I really have to say the truth though - I really dislike that blurriness at the top. I dont know if that came with the original scan *looks at original scan* oh nope it didnt. err...well, all i can say is I dont really know why you did that. the wall is pretty cute though. nice job!
Oh man! Supper crapin cool! Love it complitly, fav for sure this is soo uwsom!! haha. I think that the colors are very well blended, and the scan looks totaly in! haha. great job!

COOL!I love the vector,especially the swirl that go in between her leg,it is fun and just like you said multi-colour.The colour scheme is wise,the bright multi-colour is sensation with a dark purplish stadium.And about the light or shiny thing on her head,well,i dont know about it,it sort of cover her face.But,i guess is still okay,love the overall result.
