After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Well now, what do I have to say about this wallpaper? Well I wanted to do a sort of "pre-fall" wallpaper. I happen to find this scan here at AP and suddenly started thinking up idea's of what I'd try to do to wall it. Original scan can be found here. I made everything you see in this wallpaper except the scan. Cleaned it up a little but not much. I'm still a newb to environments and getting it right. I have a lot of things to learn for my newbish-ness. Anyway's I figured I'd submit this piece to share with all of you. I hope it pleases you. I already know it's not great (just don't rub it in XD).
Lol the original scan had a pre-spring feeling to me...but honestly i think your wall has more of a mid-spring feeling to it then a pre-fall... one the grass is lush green is not exactly somehting you'd think be associated with fall, but i have to say for a mewbi-ness at enviroments your doing very awesome work... if you didn't mention it i'd thought you were a pro...its very very good work. ^ ^!keep em coming hehehe.

Well - I suggest you better be a little more self-confident :D I really like the wallpaper and the background matches the foreground quite good. I like this art style of the background and the colors all together. Nice work!
Love the background, it looks realistic but not overly. The magical stuff in her hand looks good, as does the mist at the bottom. The cutting around her wings looks a bit rough but the scan is lovely, no doubt. Very well composed, nice work. :)
However you did the trees, it worked :P They look suitably textured and blurred to be almost photorealistic.. if I didn't know better I'd say you nicked them from a 3D-render...
For a newbie, you do great work. I wish I had newb skills like you :P This wall is really nice. The trees and the grass is great. The characters look so bold and vibrant. Great job!
