This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Well guys some people have seen this at MT some people have seen it around but for some who havent seen it yet I am posting it here, basically for some reason its a very popular wallpaper took about 3 days to do and alot of consideration and heart went into this...basically one of my favs even though I have even more better ones this one seems to be a bit magical and peaceful in some peoples eyes...anyway Cheers!
Me also likey!! I love the night sky!! It's so pretty! And the darkness effect is awesome!! Hehe!! I love the windmills and the grass!! I'm adding to my fav's!!
Omgomg...that song is sooo good XD The starscape actually looks okay O.O Great job on the colouring and bg. There's that red planet that I find disturbing, maybe because it contrasts too much with the rest of the wall? I mean...blue and red, not a good blending colour =P Besides that, great work!
Wow, that sky is gorgeous. AND a kiraxlacus wallpaper that isn't common at all. I really like the ambiance, and of course the pairing. +fave, ganbatteeeee
Wow!! Nice dark effect for the wallpaper. I just can't say anything more except marvellous!! I also loved the song Field of Hope by Tanaka Rie.... SHE ROCKS!!

This just might be my favorite KiraxLacus wall EVER. I usually don't care for them that much because they're mostly all bubbly and BRIGHT... in fact, checking my GS wallpapers folder, every single KiraxLacus wall I have is bubbly, sparkly, and bright. Thank you so much for making a dark wall of those two.
Great job on making Kira and Lacus look like they belong there. I could almost swear that was the scan. Like others have said, the only thing that doesn't look right is the red planet. There's nothing else that's really red in the wall--it's mostly blues and purples.
Nice effect! The tone of Lacus and Kira really matches the background, but the only problem is with the 2 moons. There is no problem with the positioning. But you place the planet with rings in front, which implies its closer. Usually planets with rings are already really big...so the planet in the back would become extreme huge, close to a red giant, after you put the distance into perspective. Its just unreal.

i agree that it is distracting. it calls attention away from kira and lacus. if you can, take it out and post it! still good work tho.
