So anyways I read chapter 282 and I Grimmjaw being my favourite espada...and seeing as he's probably going to get his ass handed to him by ichigo...and maybe even die, I thought I'd just do a digipainting of the fight...it's on page 16 top panel

anyways I have knack for choosing extremely shitty scenes/references to re-construct...
anyways this was in photoshop 6 hours give or take (not including trips downstairs to get food, doing housechores, more eating, sleeping, and homework, watching tv/movies)
one more thing...I don't wanna get hatemail from fans of tobiee from deviantart, that I'm bastardizing/ripping-off/copying/whatever crap like that...I'm just trying to reverse engineer how he does his stuff :D

Not bad at all. Ichigo's hair doesn't look entirely right for both the color and the shape though. Grimjow's expression doesn't seem to be the right one either since he's supposed to be thoroughly enjoying this. Overall though a nice job.
Excellent repainting! Not sure if I favor the black bars on the top and bottom, but the wall overall looks great: nice colors and composition. Since I'm following the latest chapters this wall makes a great addition. Fav.

no joke lol, but the wall has movement and power on it, what I like best is how much it resembles a painting of watercolor over a canvas.
