This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Well the title is pure genius on my part, well i like to think so...
Anyway ok before anyone complains, i got some people asking why the scan seems blurry. Let me say that its supposed to look that way..i was going for a kinda washed out feel with that..well anyway..its all a matter of tastes i guess..i hope someone enjoys it ^^
Ahaha!!Chidori is so cute & sexy in this pic\0/I love her**
But,as someone said, the 2 characters are too blury though they still fit the background~anyaway.....is still a nice wall:D

I realize what you were trying to achieve with the blurriness, but I do have to agree that it conflicts with the sharpness of the background. Both should have been blurred to achieve a better unity between the two. Still a good wall though and the background is cool.
Definately love the background composition, it's really interesting to look at. I don't really mind the bluriness, it's just a tad too heavy I think, but hey, it's how you wanted it. Nicely done. :)
The blurriness I think was a taste call on the artist's part, some may agree some may not agree. Personally the crispness of the backround, and the blurred characters puts a small strain on the eyes.
I think it's a very well put together wallpaper, with good scan character qualities, as well as color scheme.
Why not make another one, but have the sharpness of the characters match the backround?
