After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Okay, for this wallpaper I wanted to go for that old comic book style cover, with one of those cheesey titles and dialog. For this wallpaper I took a bebop scan and extracted the color values until i just had the black and white values, then i did a quick vector of it. Then i colored it with different hues of that teal blue, and then put in the dots to give it that comic look. I then added the titles, dialog box, 10 cent price tag (which COULD be smaller, but I like it big like that ^_~), and then added the comic border (which i made to look like things were jumping out of the comic, hence spike in in one part of the strip and is outside of it in other places). I included 2 other versions: one with no border and one with Spike's name instead of cowboy bebop, seeing that probably makes more sense lol.
I love it. :D
The monochromatic colour scheme is awesome, especially with those teal colours. Off-colours are always nice. ^_~
I love love love the text and the cheesiness, lol.
*glomp* YAY good job, lol.
Alright this is nice! I really like the whole comic book style that you chose to go with... Its really unique, I haven't seen any others like it. Good Job and keep up the good work.
It's already been 24 minutes - WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN RATED TRIPLE SSS YET??
Man it's a great concept. Good use of colour and style, I'm really digging it. It goes with Bebop 200%. It was a great series. It was a great episode. This is a great wallpaper. Come on people...
The Spike title probably makes more sense, but who cares, it's an awesome wallpaper. Definitely one for the books. Instant +fav with me.
Looks amazing, really like a comic book, really a great concept!!
I like the scan you used, definitely Spike Spiegel is amazing on this wall, the colors are so cool, and the effects... I am seeing a cover of cowboy bebop´s special manga!!!
you really make it! directly to my fav!!

Wow, this wallpaper is unique. I was thinking about this concept for something I was gonna do. Too bad this wasn't under 1024x768 resolution, it would have look on my comp.
Concept and Arts Look Like American Cartoon are Very Interesting...
This Wallpaper is Complicate at a Glance but Simple and Clean.
Spike's Face is always Interesting and Serious.
Thanks for Your Good Work.
As a fan of both Cowboy Bebop and old-school superhero comic books... this wall is excellent! It's a great idea, and it's done very well. Congrats for a job well done.
Blue and white are the best combo it looks amazing..and I love the pop art feel to it...it bursts out of the screen and delivers the message clearly and with sharp impact you did a kick butt job C= A+ Cowboy Bebop is a classic and you captured it in a really creative way ^-^
Although the wall isn't to my personal taste, I just wanted to say this is a really nice concept that you've executed really well. It has a great retro comic book feel to it and you've created a really self consistent piece. Nice work :).
Its a cool idea very nice but everything in it is so big you loose focus when looking at it you cant concentrate on just one thing since its all so big its a bit too overwellming
One Bullet, I Really like the classic comic view you used. I Think the 10¢ Button was my favorite part and the bold movie titles work great with this but i do think it may have been a bit much for a wide screen wall. Also Maybe a version with more colors would look nice too. Still i like this idea and anime a lot. "4*z" !Thank You! =3
Fantastic concept for a wallpaper and bonus for walling Cowboy Bebop and uploading several versions!
I love the layout and theme you decided to go for, it certainly is reminiscent of a graphic novel (it also reminds of me that one Pulp Fiction poster with the '10 cents' mark). The dot textures are a nice touch and really add to the look of your piece. The vector of Spike is exceptionally clean and visually appealing. I'm also particularly fond of the bold textual elements further adding to the graphic novel look. To round it all off, the colors are good and add continuity to the overall package.
Again, awesome concept, thanks for your work and effort!
