working time: about 5 hours aim: this time I wanted to create a combination of a fighter with a VF-0 in the GERWALK mode with some missiles involved. The air-fights with the missiles always impress me the most. tricky spot: I had some difficulties getting the missile smoke right. Also light and colour settings bothered me for about half an hour - but I think now it is finally all right.
The most difficult thing might have been to get the GERWALKs plane's booster legs right http://static1.animepaper.net/images/emo/hahaha.gif emoticon. Finding the right colour and light direction was not easy - hope you like it...

This wall has potential to be much better. For one thing the two machines should be restored a little bit more or maybe even vectored they don't fit well with you background, it looks like they are just pasted in with no effort. Your perspective with the missiles is lacking, it looks like they are coming from behind the pursing machine. You should try experimenting more with an aerial view, it would be more appealing. Though I know the look you were going for it just seems a little empty.
Looks really nice and well done and I see your worked on it really well... but the only thing that bothers me is that the missiles after burn are a bit to sparky like fireworks. Other than that everything else is fine, good work :D
Woohoo! Though there are a few mistakes, it can't be avoided, this is a wall any Macross lover would...love! Just hope a re-edit comes around and woo! Its gonna be great!

My idea for this wall came to me very quickly. I thought about a food wall while working on my melancholy wall for the PV war (EVI vs VA) and watching Air Gear at the same time when the scene from the anime appeared. So I screen capped two images (one of Ikki going crazy over the mushrooms and one of the Matsutake he fixed later in the episode) Took about 2 hours to vector and maybe 2-3 to finalize the appearance.
FYI: I HATE MUSHROOMS. (why did I wall them?) because these were the kind that are not umm healthy for you, And Ikki's high afterwards is freaking hilarious. iuahiauHiuAHIUHaIUHAIUHAUH!!
