Good looking wallpaper you got here, I'm surpirsed it isn't higher rated! Anyway, one of the particularly good things I noticed on this piece was the clarity and cleanliness of the character. Additionally, the colors you utilized are great and do provided an overall unifying color scheme throughout the piece; it is also reminicnent of some of Andy Wohrhol's works.

The background, while minimalisticaly black overall, compliments the other wallpaper elements quite well, adding to the neon-esque color palette. I find the version you submitted into AP the best balance in regards to the background texture, subtle, but just enough to give layers to the piece without feeling overly empty or crowded.

The only real gripe (it isn't overly detracting to truly be considered an issue) is the text. Though stylish in its own right, it is a little overbearing, though I understand that it actually serves a purpose with Haruko (that's why it isn't a big gripe to me). Oh, and no widescreen! I hate having to crop good wallpapers to fit my resolution (1680x1050), ha :P

I like the one you have up now. Although if I could choose between the no texture or texture, I'd probably choose the no texture one. -_-' Perfectly perfect neon colors and the vectoring's great. :D I like the way you colored everything and this is totally rad. xD
