While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I think it's a good attempt, however with some criticism... her left hand look abnormal, and I know it's from the editing out of the box, but re-vectoring it in shouldn't be too hard. The other thing is that you could have used the original CG from the game to get the image for vectoring.
On the positives, I like the colour scheme. It's very mellow, and provides a sense of nostalgia. I also love the background, very nice backdrop for a character such as Kudo.

Nice one, I like how the blue color dominated the whole wallpaper. It fits very well to the snowy style. And the girl is damn pretty. maybe could be without the black borders and rather a 4:3 resolution instead of the used 5:4, but in overall pretty nice.
