I tried to repair the flower thing but I made a stupid mistakes that didn't make it in separate layer and also the circly thing at the right side.... Since this's my first time making a wallpaper
I added up a little flower on the butterflies around her so it looks match with those along the bottom of her.. But I look that it's weird.. So I erased it..

holy lord" that's a miraculously rock wallpaper. the scan is very well extracted, the color suit the night sky very well. and in particularly, i like the most, the chara legs part.. ( i mean the shiny stuff you put by her foot.) it's just like she is gaining/absorbing an amount of aura and ready to "blast off!" (this is the shouting that little einstein usually did.. xD). very nice amigo. keep it up.

It's cute, although her soroundings are not- i mean, you did well on those, but it doesn't really fit to the kawaii little girl there, but considering her

I like the ripple, those threads around her and (I agree with Sen) the shiny shoes is a really nice effect ^^ Those shiny flowers are nice too. The only problem for me is because I feel some kind of unbalance feeling. The area on her right side is bright while her left side is dark. It would be nice if you can make the light area a bit much wider. I'm not sure I like those swirly things... I think it's only making the wall a bit crowded...
But it's a nice wall, Chii-chan ^^ You have done a good job ^^
