While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Your colouring is amazing!
The layers of shading, while using just cel-shaded techniques have come to look quite realistic! I love the shading on the hair especially, this is where that effect really shines.
The background is amazing, the colour pallette is effective, and overall, it is a really amazing wallpaper :)
