You guys had some very stiff competition, judging from all the walls being submitted. So it was a tough loss, but you still made another really nice wall :)
Since it's in the original anime art section, I'm guessing that you drew and colored the characters yourself. If so, awesome job ^^ The textures, as usual, complement your wall very nicely, and the whole mood is defined very well by the lighting and effects. The fence in the bg looks a bit flat, since it isn't detailed enough, but otherwise you did a very good job here ^__^ Awesome wall. +fav
I love that you used that festival! The whole Tanabata idea was the perfect setting for this piece, not only that but you captured the atmosphere as well. Great job!
All i can say is that i love the feeling of the wall. The way the male character has the female in his hands is absolutely amazing.

As for the bg, eventhough it is not so detailed is fits quite nice concerning the fact that you may have wanted to focus on the characters^^
