After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Well it's hard to explain but it can be a problem in some case. My bakuman wallpaper is not concerned since the original size is way bigger than a wallpaper. An svg whose original size is than of a wallpaper can be in trouble with pattern filling.
{edit} - okay, forgot to say that Sora looks huge because he is close to the viewer, and the background is very far. Hes farrr farrrr above the water and those clouds are waayyyy behind him. Theres a lot of light on his hair because if you take a look at images with sunlight streaming out from behind something, its very saturated.

okay, the thing I regret the most about this wallpaper is the size. I cant believe I was such an idiot...I didn't realize that I walled it in a 1440x900 resolution until after I finished it! ARGH! makes me angry. So, we lovely 1280x1024-ers get black bars on the top and bottom. sorry. get the 1280x1024 resolution here. I know I can upload it to AP, but it shows the 1280x1024 res, and it looks ugly with the black bars...I dont know how to make it show the 1440x900 for the thumbnail.
This wallpaper is for the vector-wallers contest...the theme is dream and fantasy. I actually started this wall wayy before the contest, right after I completed my Nocturne wallpaper. Been working on this on and off..I got so bored with it I started 3 other wallpapers. If it wasnt for the contest, I might not have finished this wall. Made me get off my lazy butt and work on it XD
So, basically this scene is from the Kingdom Hearts I intro. Theres one part where Sora is falling through the sky, and I reaaally really liked it - plus, hikki is the luv. (you can find the intro vid on youtube) I got help with the bg from this scan, and the sparkles are brushes...I just cant remember where I got them from, so if someone recognizes them please let me know so I can credit properly.
No tablets were used in the creation of this wallpaper. Again, another kind of empty wallpaper but I personally think the comets and the colors make up for it. Sora is dark compared to the bg because he is infront of the light, and bleh, I always suck at lighting so what the heck.
Nagareboshi no Sora - a pun! (I lub puns) It means "sky of the shooting stars" and can also mean "Sora the shooting star" (sora is the character's name, which also means sky in japanese)
Yeah this is great Starr! I really like the shooting stars you added in, and haha the title is creative (and a pun too)! xD Sora is amazingly vectored and colored. The sky is amazing too! The only thing I don't really like is the lighting at the tip of Sora's head, but ah well. :] Awesome work Starr!
I never thought I would comment on a Kingdom Hearts wallpaper due to the fact that I am not a fan of Kingdom Hearts in any way, but somehow your wallpaper caught my attention. You did a remarkable job making this wallpaper. The comets are beautifull and they definately add to the magical feeling of the wallpaper. I also love the fade effect that you used on the boy, it looks really good up against the clouds. Great job!

O this is really pretty. ^^ I like the perspective on this. And the sky and all the comets look really nice. Its just the lighting on his hair that bugs me a bit, becaue it makes his outline look jaggedy. Overall its a great wall. :D
