This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Forget Me Not

My own entry for the first activity at the Forget me Not group.

The walling

Scans used:
clouds and the moon
the count
the town

I always wanted to make a wall with a little spooky town. And the D.Gray-man scan I found had a perfect one. The idea came almost instantly so I looked through my manga downloads and picked out a few more scans to finish the wallpaper.
Probably the last wall for this summer. I actually kept my promise and made more than 5 wallpapers.

I like everything despite the "dots" between the sky, kinda don´t fit for me...but the moon is awesome, villain moon! =D

Oo lol! this is cute! I like the look on the characters face.. XD and the lines are soo nice and clean.. and I like the colourful swirls in the windows.. this seems like a Halloween wall.. ^^'' but its so darn cute, fav!

Aside from the fact that style don't really fit my desktop, it fits d.gray-man nicely (Earl looks caricatural anyway XD ) and that what it was suppose to aim for I guess )

I wake up and find you finished the wall I like it alot very cool, could I get one where the windows arent colorful I prefer a dark color for them

Wow. This wallpaper is...kinda freaky actually o_o I can easily imagine this being an scene from someone's nightmare xD Freakiness aside, you definitely made an very well-produced wall. Everything is really slick and crisp, and the half-tone sky is a nice design touch. Awesome work ^^

A wallpaper for the Millenium Earl. He'd be proud!
I love the mood of this wallpaper - it's perfect for him. When Halloween rolls around, I'll use it as my desktop. =) Great work!

Oh no the towwwnnn, that might pop up in someone else's wall... I like all the charas so I like that you captured the freaky creepiness that the Earl invokes, Like the darkness of the wall and the graphic patterns here and there make it all a little less scary, great wall, I love D. Gray-man so fave :)

I can barely see this on my monitor! *turns up brightness* Lol, so cute! It would be awesomer if this was released during Halloween, haha! Well, I really like the little parts with color and just about everything else! His face is a bit hard to make out at first, but I get the point, haha. The white part kinda looks like it's not colored by mistake though. But a good cute and funny wallpaper gets my fave!

I love the Millenium Earl and the Noe family, and I love this wall! It's my desktop now! Could be the only I don't like it at all are the colors gamma you had used in the moon, the earl, and the windows. I would prefere if you had done with their real colors, maybe. And if the wondows were only painted with yellow. But don't take too much importance, however this is a more original way to do it! And is still great for me!
