This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This is my first vectored wallpaper, and my first vector all together. It took me forever to vector poor Ichigo. =(
I wanted to go for something simple, but it ended up not being so simple.
Thank you to Session Zero for suggesting I make it "cut out" looking. It really turned out well, after a thousand layers, and a million different fonts, I'm pleased with the results, and hey, not a half bad first vector either. XD
EDIT: I feel bad for not mentioning this earlier, but a big thank you to NekoiEchizen for this scan. I really enjoyed vectoring it and making it into a wallpaper. =)

The background is awesome. The design is flawless. Your choice of color was marvelous. Only one problem with this wallapaper. THE STUPID CHIBI! I HATE CHIBI'S!!! Its nothing pesonal and I hope I haven't offended you I just REALLY HATE chibi's! I hate them with a passion! Well everything in this wallapaper looks great with the exception of that chibi *hickman cringes*, so this is a pretty good wallpaper. Great job. Please no more chibis they haunt my dreams, lol! Keep up the good work.

The background though, isn't really good to me >_<. Generally Drop Shadows look bad on wallpapers, although its not too bad here...
