Noir is one of my fav anime. No fanservice, just tons of style, girls with guns, and some awesome music from Kajiura Yuki :) I always wanted to make a scenic wall for this series, given how little scenic walls there were for this series. I made a Noir wall about a year ago, but I really didn't like that one, so thus this wall was born.

And plus, I wanted to make a wall with Chloe in it =P She rocks.

I vectored and made the bg from a screenshot from the anime. I vectored the characters from this scan here on AP. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with this wall. There's several elements that I want to change, but it's time to move on. And yes. I know that Kirika isn't exactly pointing her gun at Chloe, so use your imagination xD

I originally intended this wall to NOT be scenic, but well, I guess old habits die hard =\ Full view for maximum enjoyment. Thanks for all the comments and the favs ^^

Wow. Great job. I like how Chloe is more in the dark than Mireille and Kirika like she's more evil then them, but those two are also in the dark of the broken building.It captures the feel of of whether(sp, i know) Chloe and Kirka are the true Noir, or Kirika and Mireille are.

Me ish kidding, of course. I don't like Noir that much but I have to admit that its music and action sequences, when there was action, were pretty kickass [which is an adjective that could also be used for this wall > :D]

So yesh. Your scenic stuff is to die for, and in this case, I'm dead! :D It's really neat stuff, seeing as I can't even begin to wall scenic-ly, and I am thoroughly impressed. And to fix the lack of a target for Kirika, here is my little story to accompany the wall:

One day Mireille and Kirika were off pigeon hunting in Nebraska when they spotted Dick Cheney, quail hunting! They were terrified of his vice-president-ness, so they ran away from him into the first shelter they could find, which happened to be a creepy dilapitated house which ALSO happened to house a lot of pigeons. Kirika and Mireille then commenced their pigeon hunting with subdued glee. Chloe was strolling nearby looking for the High Holy canon rabbit when her Kirika senses lit up like magical headlights! She then followed said senses into the creepy house and then SNAPSHOT! Justin's wall.

I love Noir myself and it is a fantastic anime, I love the different style of drawing and the story of so much mystery, this wall is simple but I love the depth, it's dark with soft detail, the broken windows are a nice touch, the vectoring is great nice and smooth over all a cool job you did great :D A+ and a Fav <3 emoticon

Really nice scenic wall.. =_= even though it wasnt intended, itz still awesome ^^ The vector is really nice especially on the bg (screenshot vectorz kill meh XD). You did a nice job and the blue tone over the wall is very nice! ^^ One thing I gotta say is that the broken window kinda lookz like plastic... I think itz cuz if the window actually broke there would be alot of little crack linez around the gaps of the glass. But I do realize that it would have been ubber annoying to do.. XDD o! and I i'd like to point out that the moon lookz really nice >_<'' *just something I noticed* really great wall overall, so i cant help but fav. ^__^ great job!

Wow, the first wall for Noir since a very long time!
Some new anime are overflowing with new walls but Noir really deserves more attention.

I love the style of your wall especially that it ended as a scenic wall. The vector work on this wall is awesome. I totally love the background with the broken windows. Vectoring from a screenshot is always hard I think. The moon is very nice and the lightening effects are working perfect with the hole scene.

I love the arrangement of the characters in the original scan and so I love them in your wall. Chloe coming out from the dark seems to me that she is to be about to attack Kirika and Mireille from behind. That's what I imagine by looking on your wall.

It's a good thing that old habits didn't die hard. We wouldn't have get this wonderful wall if so. Fav+ for me and I think I need to rewatch Noir soon.

But that does not mean I don't like your wallpaper. I think you brought all the elements together nicely and the light is used very well.

Hooray! Noir! I always seem to find very few Noir walls that are nice quality that I actually like. And there simply isn't enough walls featuring Chloe, my fav character! But luckily you came around and made this! It's quite lovely! Good lighting and everything. The wall makes me wanna go re-watch the series again. XD

Somehow I'm not all that impress with this wall.
To me it actually lack movement. Sure the dimension/distance is great and all but the image looks like it had been just place randomly like that. And what are they fighting against actually?
The broken window, I thoughts they were clouds.
