After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
I didn't realize the thumbnail was so misleading . . .
It looks a lot better in full view, trust me. =]
Wallpaper No. at AP: Number Nine. Total Time Taken: I have no idea.
The Idea
Digital Painting number two! I had always loved Cubone; his supposed personality and nature. So when I was digging around my room to pack up for college and coming across an old old Pokemon card of Cubone, I couldn't resist! And yes, I still have my Pokemon cards. =]

Ah and spiritsighs from DeviantArt and his/her tree brushes.
Final Words
Has anyone noticed the connection between the names of my last three wallpapers and this one (Affinity, BLUE, Catharsis, and now Desolation)? Now I must go and eat before the stupid Dining Hall closes on me. Oh and I may edit this later to include text. See you all next time!
I've got to say, this is got to be one of the best wallpapers on this website. You've really made pokemon look more than just a kiddy giddy show. You got it on a philosophical note, and a very mature tone in this wallpaper.

Very nice for a Pokemon wall. ^_~
It may be a little too dark but you have some wonderful painting going on here!
Maybe you should create a slightly lighter version so more detail can show through the darkness.
Very nice job nonetheless. ^_^
POKEMON!! LOL I like it, the dark atmosphere is really impressive! I love the background, the trees look pretty cool. Some parts are a bit too blurry though...
but anyways it's not bad and thanks for making it in widescreen resolution!

I saw the paper on the latest wallpapers and i liked the darkness. I did not expect a Pokemon in it. I think it was a pretty good choice of Pokemon, Cubone (to me) always looked darker and badass. The way you treated the colors was pretty interesting. I like the black on the forefront. I do have to say that it doesn't look like Cubone is looking at the light in the sky although it probably should. Other than that. Great paper.
Love the atmosphere! Gorgeous painting job, the sky looks great! I think a lighter version would do the details you added in more justice since it's really hard to make out all the fancy painting right now. AP needs more Pokemon walls of this caliber, lol.

I really like the feel of it, but I think the trees are very weird and blurry. Did you resize the brushes? It is really weird, trust me, but it is hard to notice when you look at the other marvelous and wonderful features of the wallpaper. I mean, look at the sky! It looks great with the clouds. Cubone is also very well positioned on the wallpaper. I like how it somehow stands up. This wallpaper seems so sad... I don't know why. I really love it. Great work!
This gives off Cubone's personality perfectly, residing in ghost towns and the like. Having a little more light on the brighter parts might make this a bit more eye-catching, though. Otherwise, good work ^^
It is really poignant !
Sad... But beautiful !!
For those who never claimed to be able to make a pokemon's sad wallpaper... this one proof the opposite!

It doesn't fit my resolution, but I'll force it on my desktop anyway.
