I'm french, so I can tell you this wall is perfect, this wallpaper really make me feel about Paris (all the advertisment around the girl are authentic).
I have only one thing to reproach ... you should ask French help because the sentence : "La femme en France" is just a little too repeated in your wall ... but it's only a very little problem on a fantastic wall ^^
Other thing : "La belle fille" is rarely used in French ... we use generally "La jolie Fille" because the expression "Belle Fille" is used to designate the person who is married with your son ... but it's again a little detail which can be only noticed by french people ;-)
You got the scan to blend in very nicely with the background.

the slight colour you left on her also makes her stand out... kinda like those coloured characters in a black and white world.

Nice new wall. Lol i have'nt done a non-vector wall in ages too... I love the background and good job in blending in the scan. It looks really well together with the background. I prefer the sepia girl version though. It has a nicer flow to it. ^_^
Ah, make the girl have less colours cuz she looks like she doesn't belong to the bg >_< Other than that, great wall, it's difficult to make walls with "Der en" scans, i think.
