I agree with the blurring of the character...NOT SO MUCH BLUR...it would make the wally. Other than that. Your background is stellar its perfect leave that alone. The color tones are brilliant, character placement are good enough. I would say to add text in top left-ish area to complete it. It seems kinda empty over there. Text is what you need, just make sure you find a suitable font and a professional way to display it.

Undo the blurriness and then It'll all work out. Colors are nice, placement is nice and it seems like the blending and stuff isn't an issue. So keep it up, it's got potential. Good luck!
