My second wallpaper submission is a Haruhi Suzumiya Wallpaper. This anime is one of my favorites, and I wanted to make a wallpaper as tribute.
For this WP, I drew the BG with pen and shapes and then brushes for the texture and colors. It's a pretty straightforward wallpaper and I just wanted to emphasize the watercolor effect, but this took a lot of effort from me to fully compose this.
Edit: I feel I could still improve on this wall, but guys I need your suggestions and feedback. Thanks!

Colors blend well and are nice and bright without being gaudy. The texture used is very nice and overall very pleasing to the eyes. Bonus points for widescreen =3

You have a very clean style, it's nice, however I would suggest getting rid of the drop shadow/outer glow around Haruhi so she looks more blended with the image.
Nice style and approach. at the outset, this wallpaper appears to be simple and clean. and it is. the textures look nice and the background - i love the background! It complements the render well.
Speaking of the render, I love it overall, but i agree with Bantam, I think it will look better without the outer glow-stroke thing. you can work still improve on it, though ^_^ and the eyebrows, I suggest adjusting it a bit to blend better with the hair color.
Other than those miniscule qualms, great great job!

This is a beautiful wallpaper. I love how she is kind of tilted and the entire wallpaper is done on a slant. Nicely done!

I agree with Loki though... the eyebrows are kinda dark compared to the rest of the wall, but it's not that big of a deal, I still think it's awesome!
