This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Hey everyone ^^ Been a while no? I've been away doing things and taking a break from everything... and damn i needed it! But i'm here now with a new wallpaper for you to look at.
I got the PSD extraction from here - http://www.endlessrain.org/ i would have extracted the original image myself but i couldn't find a source image anywhere large enough [^^;] But besides that i had enough trouble with photoshop crashing after i did something i liked the look of and at 2pm last night after it did it for the fifth time i eventually just made a couple of changes to it then left it.
This morning however i had a great idea and if you find the original image of these two then go ahead and compare how they look. I personally feel that they look far better now =3
The background was made and remade about twenty times and the things i kept from past revisions of the background had to have new effects added and some removed each time which as you can imagine is a major pain but hey i like how it came out to the extent where i'm adding it as my best work ^^ I also made a inverse background version with a couple of slight differences for those that prefer a darker alternative. There are a couple of mistakes in the dark version due to a very limited history list in my copy of Photoshop (probably cause my computer sucks) Sorry but it's the best i could do.
Pretty decent Wallpaper. To my standards the vectors were clean and well done but I don't particularly like the Background for this one. Guess it just doesn't suit my tastes.
You could say it is shining! I like the colours as well!
With both yugi and the millenium spirit, they both make a great team!
Especially, yugi's name means 'game' or 'play'!
Great job! I like the theme of pic! it looks stunning alright but I'm not much of a fan of yugioh any more but I say the old version or this version of yugioh is much better then yugiog GX!
Cool wall!
The background is really nice. It matches the characters really well, and the contrast between the dark band/light dots are nicely done. The inside of the bands/dots are really detailed as well...Great job!
