As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. About the wall...
I wanted to make a wall with Orihime for a long time.
She's such a lovely girl, don't you think xD ?
The wall's concept is quite simple, I just vectored
the scan from my own copy of the manga and then I started
playing with the background composition.
By the way, the patters are from this AWESOME site..
I chose a light brown for the background but if you think
that another color just fit Hime better, just tell me and
I can't exclude I'll make a different version for you ^_^''

I've seen this wall as you send it to me in progress. And I have to say that I fell in love with it at first sight. The vector of the scan is awesome done, nice clean and crisp work. I totally love the textures you used on the background and also on the couch. These patterns match perfect with the hole feeling of the wall. I like the color of the background, it works nice with the hole composition. The things on the back (clock, book, TV and glass) are really eyecatching because of the colour and the positions.
All in one a wonderful wall like always from you.
I love it and I know your other works in progress will be as awseome as this one is.

I really like the patterns you used, both in the fabrics and in the background - love that brown colour of the background a lot too. The largest text may be a bit much, but overall the wall is very effective. Nice vectors too!

It kinda reminds me of those fashion magazines (like, the pages on louis vuitton or something) X3 I'm not too fond of the pattern on orihime's hair, but overall it's great.
