Hello! Those of you who are participating in the Battleground over at Pointless Vandalism might recognize these cherry blossoms. They were originally made for a wallpaper that was submitted for the Battleground, but I didn't really care for the wall, so I never submitted it anywhere.

So for this wall I first extracted the scan ( here), and then went about the process of cleaning it up. That took me about two days. Then, I proceeded to redraw the tiled floor (first done for that original wall, but completely trashed and redone for this wall), and then added lots and lots of shadows, blending, painting, etc.
