My entry to the Scenic sci-fi competition. *cough * join.. *cough* :3 So I chose to do a gundam wallpaper with Justice!!(thanx for correcting meh :3) *points to title* (just in case you didnt get it :3). This took longer than it should have mostly because of school starting and “internet/my monitor being taken away from me problems” hehe.. >xDD and no vectors! O_o I only painted in this wall :D ok no wait, some of the buildings in the bg were vectored.. but only because they were crying out for it. LoL! But its hard to see it cuz of my beautiful texture. :3 I have texture issues.. im a texture abuser and I need halp! > :D wooo for fogz! LoL! the Justice gundam is a stalker, but isn’t very good at it because its so big, so even though he hides in the fog, we can still see him :3
Ok big thanks to ~Felesya for her awesome lighting tips and other vury helpful halp :3 and `k1ru for the stalkerlicious fog idea! :D yes, fogs are very stalkerlicious.. we stalkers hide in the fog so that we can do sneak attacks! > :D wooo for fogz! LoL! the Justice gundam is a stalker, but isn’t very good at it because its so big, so even though he hides in the fog, we can still see him :3
ahh and also, if your wondering about the weird resolution, its because im an idiot and accidently saved my file at 1440xwtv.. ><'' so ya.. ive included a 1600x1200 though.. but its not as good as the final version.. so basically itsmeant to be for those of you who actually have to use that rez.

EDIT: people, i do realize that the gundam is not the Justice gundam, so stop pointing it out! Im keeping the title cuz it fits the wall.

I love the lighting, the gold lining is so beautiful, and the battle in the sky is really well-done. Lol, you're not a texture abuser, because it looks really good. More like...you're good with textures. The trees (or bushes?) kinda bug me, I don't know why. Maybe because it's mostly barren land and then there are some random trees? Or maybe they just don't look very Gundam-ish >.< Well, if they're supposed to be trees, they're a bit too small because I don't think that they're that far away from the Impulse? I guess that depends on how you look at it though. Anyways, faved and desktopped~ Yay for stalkerlicious fog xD

The scan of the gundam (strike?) is a bit grainy though, which catches my eye unfortunately. It just isn't as sharp as the clouds and the explosions in the bg, which is a bit distracting. But overall, i'm more than impressed :) Awesome work. +fav
anyway, nice job extending and repainting the scan. The line down the middle actually makes sense now, like a beam from another gundam striking down. Especially love the little balls of flame up there, feels like I'm in the warzone.
