This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
O_O I just looove the sunset! Tell you what, I think if you re-edit the wall without the collage of pics, this wall will turn out a lot better. Sometimes leaving a wall simple is best =P The ground (grass) is very well done, I don't get why you had to add the collage of pics =X It's a concept that you did an extremely good job of portraying, but that concept doesn't really seem to work... Anyways, keep on practicing!
I like the way you put the images in the composition, with walls filled with filter over filter over filter, seeing your work with solid edges and variated images in all the plane is pleasant and... different.
Besides, you put in there many interesting concepts in design... your work is intelligent.
This ones pretty cool. I've been meaning to watch this anime and now after seeing this, I'm incline to see it even more now. Great job on adding things together. ^^
Indeed, there are too few Samurai 7 wallpapers. I like your choice of images that line the bottom, and the way they're presented produces a nice effect (the Gorobei image is a bit too close on his face).
Thank you ever so much for choosing a Shichirouji image from episode 1--he's much more dramatic there than in the later episodes.
The yellow at the feet of the samurai seems a bit too vibrant and strong; the blowing dust from the scene in the anime is what I'd aim for--something more mellow. The red sun is great.
The top left and right seem a bit bare to me...but there doesn't seem anything appropriate to fill the space with. Maybe the samurai images should have ran vertically on the left and right sides, with the peasants being ran along the bottom.
Still: you made a Samurai 7 wallpaper, and that makes me glad. :D
Cool this is my first time seeing a samurai 7 wall. and... I THINK IT'S AWESOME. somehow it reminds me of the gaara wall i had...(i wonder why?). anyway Great work~!
Not too many wallpapers of Samurai 7 out there. The pictures at the bottom is a nice touch and I like the classic pose of the seven samurai in the distance infront of the setting sun.
Whew! so COOL wallpaper.....what a great wallpaper you got there so COOL....it makes me amzed that sunset is sooo coool.....hehehe...just keep up the good work there guys....just see yah around

This is one of the best new anime that I have seen. Thanks for making a wallpaper for it. I would love to see a few wallpapers that show close up collages of the characters.
Thanks !
