And it's of Teresa from Claymore! She's my fav character from the manga/anime and I was disappointed that there are virtually no walls of her...so I made one! XD
I vectored this scan and the whole process + effects took about a week. I learned a lot while making it haha. I first wanted to use a screenshot from episode 8 for the vision I had in mind, but the more I looked at this scan, the more I liked it. As you can see from it, Clare's head cuts off some of Teresa's hair, so I had to invent some of it on the bottom left.
Textures are from Desktop Anime, and some light fractal brushes from Deviant Art. I used some smudging and blurring in the background as well, and lots of color enhancements and gradients. The theme is kinda simple, but radiant/elegant. I hope you like it! Comments and/or favs are quite welcome, not to mention any improvements to give Teresa justice. ;P

very good vector work
i think the shiny forehead is somewhat too shiny, to the point of eye abuse
i never liked claymores lip design - the upper lips always look split and i think that should be fixed
the small light spot on her eyelash is disturbing
the shadow on her nose should be edited too, the original doesnt look natural
the claymore logo might be fitting in some of the free space
the colors on the orig scan seem better to me, would have went with those - they dont look so bleached and more golden
so to conclude, i think this wall is only steps away from utterly awasome, but misses some details to gain that status

i agree with maddeath, that glow on her eylashes is a bit bothersome. i wonder how it escaped me when i commented it on SZ

I like Teresa too.
Your choice of anime is really good and the character too : Teresa of the saint smile; i like her but i'm so disappointed of the way she was killed by the crazy one ...
Anyway, the colors of the background and the texturation are very good.

Overall, you have a very crisp, and clear wall. Other wallers might have been tempted to go overboard with the gradients, contrast, and colors, but you kept a very nice level of consistency throughout the wall. Awesome work :) I can't wait to see your next walls, if you're planning them. +fav
