This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
It's been awhile since I've submitted a wallpaper here... I don't really like submitting things here for some reason lol but I'm want to be challenge on my designs and AP is the best to give me good comments and help me get better.
Anyway, these are the sexy gods shinigamis of the anime series: Bleach. I worked on it for about 2 to 3 hours because the cropping was a pain in the ash tray. Photoshop decided to piss me off and shut down on me, which corrupt my file and had to do it all over again ^^; I mange to do it again and got it done
I got a screen shot of Soul Society from animegalleries.com and blur it up, cleaned up the scan (I got it here on AP), and add textures to it. Also, I used Photoshop Actions to get some color to it. Hopefully it's good. People from MyOtaku.com liked it so hopefully here too!
Note: Sorry I don't have it over 1280x800. I'm not really to go bigger because quality scares me lol. But the more I practice, the more I will go up a resolution. Thank you for understanding.
I saw these to images on posters I was thinking about buying since they all look so freakin' hot lol I love the wall I like how the background shows some of soul society and it has a frosted look to it the black and white on the characters is really nicely done to with the small splash of color overall it's really nice, good job A+ and a fav C=
It looks like you may have used some Manga renders of Urahara and Kira, but the wallpaper matches up nicely anyway. D:
Not to mention the chosen stocks of Renji and Ichigo were perfect. You'll have the fangirls drooling at your feet if you keep making such wonderous creations. D:
It's a very nice composition and all the scans looks really great. I'm just concern on some part of the scan that look a bit over-desaturated... But I guess it's just me... All the blond guys have some desaturation problems for their heads... :-s
Anyway the texturing is really neat and the others scans are perfect.
On my screen the text looks a little bit jaggy on some letters... But it's probably my screen.
Man, you ara a very luck guy... because you have not a passtime or a child game, you have a vocation, to desenvolve this wallpaper, you are incredebale, you are amzing...
I don't have words to define you but i think the word that can translate you is the word perfection
