This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Well, what can I say about this wallpaper? I started it months ago, then I lost interest in the idea, and only finished it now because I don't like to leave things unfinished. @_@ It's one of those wallpapers that only those who watch the anime will understand... I guess.
As usual, I love whatever you do, Kyen-channnnn~ My only suggestion is to maybe warp the photos and the strip of negatives so they aren't lying flat on the table, you know I'll warp them for you anyday if you want ^^
I see some odd looking vertical lines. Not sure if you intended that, but it looks a little distracting. ^_^; And like dhias said, it would be nice if you could warp the negatives a little so they won't look flat. It would be cool too if you could see some details on the negatives. Another thing you could do is add more shadows to give your wallpaper a little more depth.
Other than that, this is one amazing wallpaper. :D I like the arrangement of the objects, and the textures are beautiful.
Kyaaa speed grapher wall xD love it. though normally i don't like these kind of 'lying things on the table'-walls xD but this one's very good. the camera looks neat and these things from the series are also looking nice. good job!
Hmm...honestly, I have no clue what the anime is about XD You can spice this up a bit by adding a little more of an old-photograph effect =/ You don't have to be afraid of spicing it up a bit more with grunge brushes =D You may also want to try to add more depth by making everything less flat and add some shadowing =/ If my comment totally ruins the feel of the anime which you wish to show, ignore me =X
WAH!! I have been waiting for this wall for awhile...so glad you finally posted it!
I really have no complaints, just wish I knew where you got that darn scan of Kagura in the right...
To me the purple spices it up, but whatev.
Have a nice day!

I really like it. It's one of the better "stuff on a table/desk" walls out there. I haven't seen Speed Grapher, but I know it's about a photographer who blows stuff up by taking pictures of it... or something. So I kind of get it. The eye reflecting in the camera's lens is really cool.
Beautiful wallpaper, it is hard to find a speed grapher wall and all the one that i've seen have been wonderful, i especially like this one. great job.

If religion is that which binds men to one another, and irreligion that which sunders, then must I testify that I found the religion of my country in its musical genius and its irreligion in its churches and drawing rooms.
