This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This is a second version, no major changes were made, ive followed some advices. First of all its in a different resolution, the vector art is smaller and centered some light textures were added, the tex its in a better place now. There were some complaints about the dotted lines, i havent changed those but it shouldnt bother anyone since its smaller now. Hope you guys like it better now.
Great job! I think you've used white space very well in this version; I think it's a big improvement over the other version you linked. It may be because I'm a huge BoF fan, but I think this wall is totally awesome! Definitely a fav.
Actually I like the dotted lines. They sure look unique ^_^
I can see a good improvement here. The text is in a much better place now! I think the vector looks better with darker colours like they are now. I also like the paper effect ^_^ (why didn't I comment in Portuguese? (._.)
The design is pulled off correctly but the style is sort of halfway between being something on paper and something abstract. A lot has to do with the paper being fully visible. And I'm really sorry for nitpicking but the paper isn't perfectly flat on a surface. However the design suggests that it is, which is a little misleading. Perhaps some crumpling of the design would solve this dilemma? Anyways, good efforts, and sorry once again!
Awesome! I'm a fan of the BoF series, and 3 was my first.Really love how this was put together, especially with using Ryu like that.Very good,I love this.Brings back memories of this wonderful game.
