As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
This is an abstract wallpaper designed purely on the thoughts and impressions of the scan itself. I have never seen the series myself, but that didn't stop me from coming up with a personal interpretation. Please enjoy!

The flowery, floating mound of dirt and earth she's sitting on is quite nice. the black strips really give it a sense of stability as well. i like the rainbowlike colorscheme. overall pretty good.
