While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Hello thanks for looking at this :P Its my first ever wallpaper and i hope you like it. Belldandy and the background are both vectored by me using Adobe Illustrator. It was both fun and frustrating though since it took me quite sometime to get it done. Around 40 hour? Thank god for holidays! XD
Anyway i got the name from one of the episode where Belldandy told Keichi that her favourite place is at the sea where "The wind from the vast ocean meets the wind coming down from the mountains."

The background was modeled after one of the scene in AMG TV where Belldandy said that... The bridge is Rainbow Bridge i guess...
Well then i wanna thank Kalico whose personal website introduced me to animepaper and teached me what on earth is Vector some time ago haha. Also would like to thank zephyranthes for providing this excellent scan that eventually become the material that i vectored.

This is a really nicely done vector. The background alone would have made a sweet wallpaper. I think you could have vectored holybell's skin a little better. SHe appears flat in comparison to Belldandy.
My suggestion is to lower the opacity of the outline on the bridge, the black outline is a stark contrast to the blue and light tones. Also maybe you could remove the shadow on belldandy and her angel, it makes the background look like it is a 2-D picture instead scenery. Otherwise, this is a very nice vector indeed. Lost 5kg? I must try vectoring then XD

This wallpaper is really awesome. I absolutly like the clean vector trace of the background and of the foreground as well. Its very impressive. I like the eyes and the idea of the whole wallpaer very much.
By the way: AMG TV is one of my most favorite animes ever since I watched an anime - I mean: the style is not very cool, but the story sure is. But this wallpaper is really able to sum up all the awesome moments of AMG TV and show it on a single frame.
Awesome vectoring job on both the background and the characters. The coloring seems a little pale though - Belldandy and Hollybell look kind of flat. But other than that, if this is your first time vectoring, then this wall turned out really really well.
That's a very nice wallpaper. =) I love the background, especially the clouds. XD It has a simple, clean feel to it, and that's what I usually look for in a wallpaper, nothing too busy or distracting. =D
