I think the grey lines are supposed to be like the clouds around them.

Ya more sailor moon! Brings back so many memories. I forgot the characters name, the one with the pink hair but I used to LOVE her when she was gornw up and evil. Those were my fave episodes. This wallpaper you did looks like a very HQ screenshot and thats what I think makes it good. How basic it is.
Aww, this wallpaper is so cute! :D You captured their expressions almost perfectly. The coloring is very gorgeous, and easy on the eyes. The clouds also add a soft feel to it, although i think the sparkles are a bit overdone. Other than that, I see nothing wrong with it. :) Keep up the great work!

Wooow adorable and sweet wallpaper!! i really like the background...but if you make it a little darker..just a little bit darker it will be nicer..bur right now it is already nice..its like they are in heaven..overall=beautiful

Nice to see a SailorMoon wall,I watched this anime several years ago,I was still little then,I can still remember some scenes that moved me deeply .
Just like this scan you chose and the bg looks bright and pretty
Sailormoon ...oh yes.I remember that is one of the most popular anime tv series in the past few times.I'm the fan when I was yong.but now I 'm not the little girl anymore.but this wallpaper make me remind some memories about the past time ...I remember this moment in TV .
