After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
reasons for making the wall: because mao is just so hilarious. x3 because, i admit, i'm too addicted to walling to properly go on my hiatus. because i wanted to see how wonderful it is to vector without lag (my old computer was very slow).
stuff:
hundreds of layers spent on the bushes. hundreds of colors. each leaf is hand drawn, which took a long time. i have NO idea how i managed to finish it all, because i have very little free time these days. i proclaim it a miracle! xD but still, school means compromising my plans for this wall, since i didn't do everything the way i wanted to. add that to laziness and i ended up not adding more detail to the bushes towards the right or to the wall.
thanks to kiru and justin for their feedback! and of course, because of the title, this one is for you, bakaneko. ;] think of it as a bday present...a couple of months early.
oh the poor kitty-nyah! Hehe although I do feel extremely SHPECIAL that I was part of it ;) Hehe. Can't say I like the shot too much T__T But I'm sure I would have under other circumstances (cough cough if she weren't torturing the bakaneko) But it looks very nice indeed =3 Emo. Nyah.
But you know me. I can't end it there >_> I think some more detail would have been awesome, but unnecessary. Your vectoring rocks as it is, and the nitty-gritty details in the leaves and such don't really need to be there. What counted was that you did an amazing job vectoring, and you kept the outrageous-ness of the scene alive.

Don't know why but this look more cartoonish to me more than manga-ish maybe because of the colors or the thick lines, i don't really care for the woman but i absolutely adore the BG, it's awsome, i thought it was a photo at first, i don't know why but it seems like the woman with the cat doesn't blend in with the bg really well, even though i try to compare this with the original picture lots of time, they both look the same but somehow, the origial picture seems to blend better than this one
well, it's just me, so don't mind if i got it wrong
