In the beggining I want to made something with a lot of shapes, lights and a lot of things but in the end I prefer to made something more simple ^_^
I work a lot with the scan cleaning and improving the colors of the scan to made it looks better and for the background I use a photo, some filters and a lot of variations of colors to made it looks perfect for the scan ^_^

I really like the concept and the scan is beautiful
i love the background too, it's like the roof of some old monuments in Paris ...
but I don't know why you change the saturation of the scan ... so there is a big contrast between the scan and the background which is more luminous than colored...
I think the character would be better if it have the same colors
