Nice wallpaper for a first try!
The background you used is nice, the "Witchblade" font too. The only thing I don't like is the luminosity that you pushed too far on the girl to simulate the light from the background.

Was this accepted only because it had a half naked girls ass in it? lol I mean it's not that bad, but the main pic looks like its a totally raw scan with no cleaning up or anything, its not the blended in at all, there's cut off edges of lens flare on it, brightness is too high on her, and the colour scheme doesn't exactly match but thats a minor thing.

But if those are solved then I would have accepted this for a wall |, not for the sole fact her ass is hanging out to perv on lol.

Mains character looks too grainy, compared to the shiny background. The light source is from behind, so brightening the character from the front is counterintuitive. When you look at something against the sun, it should be DARKENED instead, with a halo perhaps.

Wow I really like the background it looks awesome, how did you make it use? Did you use brushes and other things? And the blue looks really good to with it I love how it spreads out like that gives it some really nice flow. And the c4d that you put in there with it makes it look really good. The text also fits very nicely but next time don't put a black stroke you should make it a little bit more blue to blend with the background. Also the stock really isn't blended that much try adding some black brushing to it and setting it to black light and than maybe smudging the stock to make it look better cause than it will look blended in with the background and have the same color so it looks like one.

No point giving advice on how to fix it guys... it's been accepted already, they judge if fine the way it is to be a wallpaper, amazing that... considering how strict they are.
