This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
Huhuhu...I can't edit it in photoshop since I made this in flash and I'm too lazy to detach minato from the BG so I could put some designs on his back...T_T...

Well.... I prefer the version with the lighter lines and dots ^_^ and about your signature under the SEES caption I think is fine ^_^ actually looks very nice in that place ^_^

Nice. I like it when a paper turns out so well especially when it is of a more minimalistic style like this one is. I believe this because it shows more creativity than other paper. I think that this paper works well because of the scan matching the background so well. Also I think that the signature fits well there, so great start

Hi that's a cute wallpaper. I prefer the one with lighter lines. However for me, the character and the background doesn't blend, maybe it's the colors. Anyhow very cute!!

I'm more inclined towards the [lighter lines with dots], but it's hard to choose between the two. Since both the dots and lines are see-through in this version, the background design can be seen more clearly, thereby making it seem more crowded than you might want.
While the [darker lines and dots] version competes a little too much with the character for the foreground of your wallpaper (especially the solid dots). Either way, both are pretty good to look at as it is, but there is room for improvement.
I'm never really a fan of captions on walllpapers, but since yours is intergrated well with the flow of your background (and it's non-obstructive) I'd say: it looks good where it is~
