This wallpaper gives us a perfect example of how a simple manga scan can be turned into a beautiful vector. Not only did danalm trace the lineart, but he also added amazing details and a simple, yet wonderful background. Furthermore, the wallpaper shows us how the monochromatic style can make your work look really interesting.

This was based on one of scenes from Unlimited Bladeworks scenario. Actually, I like most of scenes from the game so much, that they would look great on a desktop even without walling ^^; but game works in resolution 800x600 so not many people can use them that way >_> That's why I've vectored this scene ^^
I wanted to make bg a bit more detailed (in original version, there's only gradient and few petals and it was still looking cool XD ) but in the end I've failed petals I've made were looking rather bad so I've left only a sky which may look rather blank Hope you will like it anyway ^^;

I was clicking around when I discovered this wallpaper and I must say its fantastically done! I'm a huge ArcherxRin fan and this scene is so heartbreaking since they're saying goodbye *sniffsniff* The vectoring is amazing and the background is subtle and creates a great mood for the scene. ArcherxRin forever!

I remember this scene... it's so great to see it as a wallpaper, and I love how you did justice to the emotion of it. The warm orange background suits the mood of it really well, and Rin looking up an Archer that we can't quite see... and the simple words of farewell bring home to us that this is goodbye forever. I absolutely adore this wallpaper.
