A very bright wallpaper =], I'd have to disagree with the 2 above me however, I find that Ichigo's personality is slightly darker therefore suited for a darker shade of background and the contrast between his hair and the background would be nice too, however the wallpaper is still good and eye catching, good job =]
I like it, the bg looks good, you made a good work blending ivhi with the bg, there´s just something that is bothering me, in some parts seems to be spots, the ichi scan is great but those spots down the quality of the wall, or maybe it´s just me, anyway nice work ^^
Even though you used that scan(and i can really tell becasue they are exactly alike and they have the same dimensions) I should get some credit or atleast a shout in the author's comment.

Another great wallpaper of yours. The background fits together well again with Ichigo's picture. It's clear and sharp, fitting his senses (at times) and the sun reflected in his face looks also great. I don't think he's glaring but more surprised, but hey whichever expression it is, he walks around with it a lot! ^.^ Thanks so much for sharing.
i don't know if this was your intention, but the difference between the style from the background and ichigo appears to be big... i'm not saying it doesn't look nice, but i think that if you changed the background style it could look better ^^

That Ichigo scan looks very good and the background blends very well with it seeing that the sun reflects in Ichigo's left side ^^
