As fond as I am of the blue/orange color scheme (you can see it used quite frequently in my walls) I wanted to incorporate some more colors. I hadn't planned on using THIS many colors, but it fit nicely with the image and funky vibes of Gurren Lagann. It ended up looking like a club/rave or a live concert, but then again DI.fm was playing in the background and it looks like both Yoko's guns (not boobs) are guitars so I guess it all makes sense.
Background created using tech brushes I found at DA, splatter brushes I've had for years, lots of color gradients, and burn & dodge tools. Originally I had a lot of typography, like an ad for an upcoming trance DJ set and Ethereus was the club name I created. In the end it was just a bit too busy so I scrapped the text. Hope it doesn't burn your eyes out. My laptop monitor tends to dull things a bit.
Wall enjoyment increased by 150% while listening to electronic music.
This is pretty useable. The only thing that's preventing me from doing this picture 24/7 is the fact that the two are scantily clad and I have 3 years left until traveling to college. Upon first glance, it looks as if they were holding guitars flipped string-back. But then I remembered, "Oh yeah, this is Gurren Lagann."
It looks sorta like they are on stage and playing something xD sweet colors they all worked together nicely to become one epic wall :O lol just wanted to use the word epic...although the wall is still sweet :'D

This is really awesome,I love it.Not only am I a fan of the series,this wallpaper came out freakin sweet.The use of more colors really gives it a strong,spectacular feeling to it.Great job on this.

I did a Yoko wall for my first wallpaper submitted to the site, so I'm a little bias already, but you've obviously taken a good amount of time to work on this wall. The colors do give the feeling of a rock concert, and you took care in blending the stock enough to actually look like it belongs in the background, something that I constantly have issues with XD.
