The amount of patience, hard work and an eye for quality is what defines this wallpaper. Character is painstakingly vectored off a real life toy image with references to screenshots. Despite the difficulty level, ~pvc24 still manages to nicely depict the image in anime fashion and yet able to find the mental strength to come up with a background composition that is both aptly fun and pleasant in atmosphere.

That has always been my favorite School Days picture, even before I even knew what School Days was XD I've always wanted to wall that picture, but you've done a much better job with that vector than I ever could so cheers :D As for the bars, I have come to accept them as part of your style XD
As the other before me have stated, the vector is really well done. The water looks very good and works well serving as the background. Everything comes together nicely overall. The don't really mind the black bars. I actually feel that they help to enhance the overall presentation of the wall.

the bars are ok.. people should use their brains and understand that this was probably made on widescreen sizes, and probably posted at your site (goes to check later xD) ... so black bars are a great solution xD .. i also abuse their use... (ohh that rhymes? lols)
only thing i can point out is the water.. as anolibb said it's a bit blurry.. and you could have added some drops of water around to fill the scene a bit more... (well i like overloaded walls xD)
anyway.. it's a great wallpaper as your usual stuff ;]

I really wish I knew more about your idea for this one. I don't like it (unlike your other great ones) for some reason. I think that it's the water - it fits the scan, but it doesn't feel enough like water to me. Plus, I think that the black bars doesn't fit as nicely on this wallpaper because it doesn't pan horizontally. Rather, the scan feels more like she's center or even vertical because she's looking outward (toward watchers).
But meh. I happened to watch the series (not too good), so I took a look, and your skills still look sharp! I do like the fun font in the corner.
