While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

This wallpaper could be pretty good if there was some more color variations, shadings and what not. I also think that buildings in the background are way too light. They should be darker brown at least, and yes brighter/darker colors would be most appreciated!
Also your lines in the bottom right corner of that building are all crooked. You might want to fix that.
I trust since you've vectored this much you can surely finish it up with all that i said. ^^; I hope you do finish it, and I look forward to seeing it in the gallery, mate. ;)

You vectored the background too detail while vectoring Sakura carelessly ><, and she is the main character in this wall.
I think you should fix Sakura's face, add shading like the guys above me have said.
