While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
alright everyone this is my latest work it took me almost three days and extra day for finishing i just love this scan (vectored by newtyp3) everything you see here is made from scratch accept for the crab, other than that i had vectored a few things including the feathers the rest you see the smudge effect and photoshop effects.
i just wanted to give it a little warm effect since at most places winter has started so it gives alittle warm feelings inside. anyway hope you will like it.
with text version is also available do it tell about your opnions, so now i am off to see my friend therefore i'll check in after 5 hours.

The thing I like most is the bg,every element of it,color(I prefer warm colors like red orange and yellow),design(I donno why but I like simple bgs)
Yay haven't seen a rah xephon wallpaper in a while, its really well done =) i like how its simple bg BUT the stuff on it is very sharp like edges and the shadow or her hands in the water... oh and the feathers are shiny @_@ cool xD *favourite*

I like it. You did a great job with the vector and you made a good job with the background too! I specially like the water effect! And how you did the effect in the hands in order to make them look like they are under the water!! Nice job!!
The only one thing i could criticize is that so much plain colours in the wall doesn't help to blend the character with the bg. I would test with a bit more warm colours layers... but it's an idea.
