I've got the idea to make one dark and dizzy wallpaper from Serial Experiments of Lain.
This is one 2nd version. I did before one text version but some people said that one textless wallpaper could be better in this time.
I'll gonna upload the text version later to you later.
I spent 1 hour doing one manual blur at the principal scan (so bad quality scan >.<) and other 3 hours with contrasts and colors. I needed at least 12 layers to do this effect.
I'll wait some comments.

have you tried surface blur or median to get rid of the scans print pixels?>
i would have probably moved the entire image to the left a little so theres more black/white ratio, but then the focal point that is Lain, wouldnt be so interesting...
it would have been nice to see more visible the spider webs. make a new layer, and just paint the web lines manually or something.
